Full pre-purchase surveys are often required for marine mortgages and insurers.

Most insurers require vessels over a certain age to have a regular full condition survey carried out. This is similar to a full pre-purchase surveys but is specifically tailored to meet the requirements of your insurer.

Valuations are sometimes required by insurance underwriters and lenders. These can be provided upon request, as part of a full pre-purchase survey or full condition survey.
